April 14, 201313 yr I am trying to install liveries into the livery manager, I follow to the letter the instructions from the pmdg website for livery install and keep getting a box pop up that says " oops! this variant is not installed " does anybody know about this? is there something I am leaving out? can anyone walk me thru any mistakes I am making? thanks.
April 14, 201313 yr Are you running Livery Manager as the Adminstrator? I believe it will not work if you don't Tony Simpson FLYING FROM EGKK, The worlds busiest single runway Airport.
April 14, 201313 yr Author yes, I ran it as an administrater as the instructions said and still get that message, I tried running it without admin and it wouldnt work that way either.
April 20, 201313 yr I am having the same problem. Win-XP and "run as admistrator" doesn't help. Just purchsed this aircraft hoping for the best. Trying to get repaints of United and SW from the main site to install. "Oops! This variant is not installed" doesnt help very much. So, I am hoping there is a solution. Thanks again. PS I can't delete existing paints either!

But still getting an memory error message when quitting FSX, but only when PMDG 737 has beed previously loaded in the sim, but I can live with that. :-)
