Okay, I guess I'll chime in now :-)I personally have never had a problem with RW shots as long as they conform to the standard rules for pictures (800X600 <= 125 KB size). Especially if it is a comparison of something in MSFS.Posting RW shots just for the sake of posting them (read: not in relation to anything in MSFS or other sims) maybe should be done in the Hangar Forum for now. I will float the idea of a RW Shot forum to the PTB (Powers That Be). Just keep in mind that pictures posted here are only kept around for a small amount of time, since AVSim doesn't have the storage space to keep pictures for a long time.

One counter argument is that people have and would complain that they cannot find the information they want in the vast sea of posts in a larger forum. Hence the sub forums for Hardware, painting, scenery, etc.

KenI overreacted with this post but have always encouraged other Pilots to post shots.Geof had a speciality of his real versus sim pictures which were a big hit in the forums.I have worked with others especially in cloud creations where my pictures have been used and it is so much better to use those as a model rather than relying on magazines etc because the shot can be tailored to suit the developer.The same can be said for terrain textures.Apart from that it surely is important for those who are lucky enough to fly exotic machinery to bring that reality to the forums so that in turn we can make simmers flights more real.There are airline pilots here and I would love to see their shots but as I am finding to my cost in the Citation Bravo which I didnt in the Senecas is that clicking away on approach doesnt look professional ;-)BestPeter
