Disable live camera in the config dialog and it will tidy up the files when you exit the program.

 

I think we've covered this before. Just disable Live Camera and it informs you its deleting its CameraDefinitions. Just remember that you will have to either restart FSX or change the actual aircraft type to force FSX to reload its aircraft.cfg file before any change can be seen in the sim. The Opus custom view, which is essential to allow control over external aircraft view types, is appended to all aircraft.cfg files.
