I'm looking for a program which can be run on vista for free and record decent quality audio and video much like fraps. I am not bothered about any small watermarks it produces but anything with huge invasive marks is out.

 

So what are people out there using? 

There's a demo version of fraps, but it limits the recording time to 30 secs, and I don't know how large the watermark is. So making longer videos would be kinda painful, but if it's only for demonstarting a bug it should be fine.
