April 28, 201313 yr I am getting ready to do a completely fresh install of prepar3d, currently I have an active developer license but will be switching to the academic. April 28, 201313 yr I believe the developer and Academic licenses aren't interconnected. You can't upgrade. You will actually have to download the Academic installers and perform a straight install from there, after uninstalling your previous developer license.
