This is a very challenging IFR (I Follow River) approach in the Salmon River area in Idaho. The airstrip is Yellow Pine Bar, part of FTX CRM. It's unlisted, but you can easily find it if you fly north from U79 until you cross the gorge.

I was a little high on short final but did OK anyway thanks to the steep upward slope of the runway that helps you stop. You can find a couple of videos of the landing in real life if you search on Youtube. Also search for Mile Hi Airstrip while you're there. Crazy stuff.
