Reinstalling my PMDG aircrafts

Hello PMDG support. I am in the process of reinstalling FSX because of an error and i have to reinstall all my PMDG aircrafts but i am not clear on the procedure on how  to resinstall them, i did log to my PMDG account but the download URL has expired. Please can you let me know from which link i can reinstall the 737 NGX - MD 11 and 747. Thank you in advance.

You will have to buy extended download service for $4.95 for each of your products.  Make sure to save the installer with the serial number for future requirements.

Good morning: I have had a number of problems with the re-installation of FSX and Prepar3D and now to activate the installation tells me that: 8917-345048 Incident because max extra activations exceed.

Please can tell me how to solve the incidence.

"Your purchase has been recorded in your account. In order to receive access to your download, you must open a Re-Download ticket in PMDG's Support Portal: http://support.precisionmanuals.com " and then i go to the support forum but when i click on submit ticket it goes to activation department by default and asks to change the department if for re download . Please can you let me know how to select the redownload ticket in the forum ? I tried to search for it but i cant see any.

 

This is the message on the forum: "This department is for reactivation of licenses that have exceeded their maximum activations. It is *not* for requesting re-downloads. Please go back and choose the re-download department if that's what you need".

If you are talking about installing PMDG aircraft to P3D then you are out of luck, their products are not supported.

On the dropdown menu beside Department under "Choose One" there should be an option to select Re-Downloads.
