May 9, 201313 yr Hi all! I formatted my HDD and asked PMDG to 'revive' the download link for my 737-NGX. They did so within the day, which was great... However, after I install the aircraft and launch it in FSX I got the activation key request, which I pasted. But I keep getting this: The activation of the fullfiment is denied by the activation policy because max extra activations exceeded. If I hit cancel then I get: You do not have a valid license installed for this product. Then FSX shuts down... I also tried using the activation tool, with no success. Any help would be appreciated! May 9, 201313 yr Send the boys at PMDG a ticket. I have reformatted, corrupted HDD's and moved onto SSD's now. I have had to ask for my activations to be reset about 3 times now. They have always responded within 24 hours, normally sooner. Jason Lee
May 9, 201313 yr These things happen with activations but I am disturbed to hear that one product is forcing FSX to quit due to perceived licensing issues. If the PMDG product is forcing FSX to quit that is not acceptable.

May 10, 201313 yr Good evening, first post, same problem . Mark may I ask if you had success in the meantime? My tickets regarding this problem are not answered since 08-May and I still can't activate my NGX. Get the same message and after hitting ok, my entire FSX is crashing. Sent a friendly reminder today but no reply after all. I don't want to sound offense in the tickets, but I'm getting a bit impatient, because in two days my holidays are over and I spend the last two and a half days watching the message box that I don't have a valid license. That is really really annoying. This online activation stuff always punishes the loyal customers :(. I hope they get it to work soon. May 10, 201313 yr Author They sent me a new download URL within the hour, which was great. But without an active license.... I missed a flyin today and I have 2 this weekend I'm hoping to attend. I hate flying the FSX default. And it's just not cost effective to fly my PMDG 747 200 miles each time, until I get the 737 reinstalled...
