747 centre line waypoints

Please can I have some help.

 

When selecting a VOR approach into TNCM I get a straight line of waypoints running down the extended runway center line, that's in the NGX, HOWEVER when I selected the same VOR approach in the 747 I get the waypoints to the right hand side, running about 30 degrees from the runway center, most odd as I know they share sid/stars folder. Also when following a flight path the 747 'crabs' along the flight path at about 30 degrees were the NGX will not.

 

Do you know how I can fix this? I updated my Magnetic variation about 9 month ago.

 

Try a reinstall?

Flight1's Registry fix ran in admin mode should fix this.
