Bill, I was expiriencing the same problem at KSAN and was getting frustrated of always being directed to Runway 09. I tried everything, changing winds, changing approaches, same at KLAX, who in reality also nearly always takes of in direction to the Pacific Ocean. The only the thing that solved the problem, is as earlier mentioned, to grab Afcad II and to close Runway 09 for landing and takeoff, you can still open it again easily in case of Santa Ana Winds in January or February, It is true, Runway 27 has no glideslope, that's why it is so interesting to come down over the Balboa Park and Interstate 5...Hope that helps a lit bitmariosunshine

Yup, I tried what Tom told me to do and it worked, I just had to reset myself by changing my direction 1 degree from the map tab. Its seems that FS is really sensitive when weather conditions and ILS runways. The minute I placed clouds in KSAN just broken clouds KSAN decieded to us runway 9 even with 20 + visibility...no clouds and winds from 300 5 kts, runway 27 was used. Oh well..Thanks Tom,Bill
