That would be by clicking the radio button under Filtering that says Show Duplicates.

 

I would think you are more interested in the ShowAll under filtering and then checking the list for anything applicable to San Jose.

 

You must point the program to the correct location for the active Scenery.cfg file. For my Win7 system, it's at: C:\Users\All Users\Microsoft\FSX It then gave me a listing of all add on airport-type files. It doesn't scan default files.

Turned out to be a downloaded KSFO package that was causing the problem at KSJC.  

 

I removed the KSFO package and everything worked right at KSJC.
