Frustrated Pete.

I'm a ppl student (real life) and I've just installed MS FSX for practice. My training airfoeld, EGHA Compton Abbas, UK is on the system but looks nothing like the actual airfield. I've downloaded the freeware version of EGHA from Avsim library and it's there in FSX. However, when I follow the instructions andclick on scenery library, then add area, ok but when I then double click on Addon Scenery, instead of the folder egha.compton abbas becoming visible I just get scenery and texture. I can't get past that. My computer skill level is not very high! Any suggestions?

You should have posted this in the FSX Forum.  This forum is for Multi-Players.  If you look in the AVSIM Windows 7 Forum, there's a pinned topic which provides you the instructions on how to get around the Windows 7 bug to install scenery into the Scenery Library.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,

Jim
