Sweetfx crash

Featured Replies

Can anyone tell me why sweetfx would crash the NGX737 to the task bar after ten minutes of flight? it all looks great working well when crash to the task bar with no warning nor any error report.

Cheers.

Welcome to the sweetfx crash club . Nice effect an everything but lots of simmers are getting crashes when going through menu options. For now there is no fix  for it maybe someone in the future will come up with a fix. You might be better of enjoying the sim as it is with out sweetfx or you can try an purchase SHADE .

Yes it is a pity as I just finished a flight from EDDF to WMKK (11hrs) with the PMDG747-800 and no crash but as soon as I use the NGX737 I get a crash to the task bar, I've noticed when I used ENB I would get the flashing whilst the NGX was loading as I do with sweet fx but if I used another version of the DLL file in ENB no flashing WEIRD to say the least, and yes I already use shade as well but it's a shame there's no fix at the moment.

Cheers Rod.
