If I put the mouse on a gauge or button or switch in the cockpit, normally you can see the text what  it is,

but in dx10 it does not work

is there a fix fore?

 

 

Run DX10 in windowed mode or utilize DX9 those are your only options if you want the cockpit tool tips.
