FSX default scenery missing

Featured Replies

Hey, fellas, I have a question. I reinstalled FSX today like I usually do once a year, but this time around my default scenery is missing :O ,has anyone ever encountered this before or did I do something wrong? I reinstalled per instructions and I installed it to drive C not in (x86)! Any help or suggestions would very, very appreciated!

Thanks, O. Skinner

Which instructions? It would be better to install fsx on separate drive or partition, not on same with OS.

Here you have nice instructions how to install fsx and simconnect, just scroll down to "FSX installation" http://www.simforums.com/forums/topic29041.html

And can you post the screenshot? What you see when you load fsx? Anyway, if you didn't installed fsx with loading the flights and restarting PC after each install, you should install it again

I fixed the problem thanks for your help! It was the scenery slider was set to low! So no buildings would show!  I feel like a total idiot! Once again thanks for your help!

Thanks, O. Skinner
