I have a very old account and haven't been active with flight sim for several years. Problem is I have no idea what my old account email was and am trying to recover it so I can re-install my aircraft. If I need to take this elsewhere please let me know....thanks, Mike

Easiest and simplest way to get you back up and running is as follows:

 

1) Head over to:  http://support.precisionmanuals.com

2) Create an account. (this account is unique to the support system)

3) Open a ticket explaining as you did above- but include the email address you would like on the account- and a sample password to get you started.

4) Include some information that will allow the support tech to know it really is you that is making the request (the mailing address you used at the time is a good example)

 

If the tech has any questions, they may reply back to you- or if they are comfortable with the information and identity- they will update the account and get the information back to you!
