I purchased opusFSX yesterday after reading a lot of good comments on it. Now I am wondering if the camera shaking option comes with it works well with Ezdok or I have to disable one of them?

I used Ezdok as camera control together with Opus as weather (and not camera) for a bit and that worked fine.  Now I use Opus for both, but that's another story,

 

I really doubt that having both control the camera will work, but haven't tried.

You have to choose one or the other for the movement effects.

so if I use Ezdok for head movement, there will be no turbulence effect since opusFSX moves the camera for it. Am I right?

If using Ezdok for camera, then I think you will have to disable camera control (in the configure menu) altogether in Opus meaning that all camera effects you get are from EZDok.

 

I think you will get the full EZDok functionality that way.
