July 25, 201312 yr To test your skills and also the plausible reciprocating engine model of X-Plane10, try a circuit in the default C172 from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qamdo_Bamda_Airport ( ICAO ZUBD ) Leaning is a must! If you start there and forget to immediately give some throttle and lean, your engine will soon quit. Takeoff and initial climb in a C172S is... challenging :-) BTW, PilotBalu, what's the best way to get those trees out of the rw? Edit the scenery with WED and try to create an exclusion zone for trees just around the rw? Attached image... Edited August 7, 201312 yr by firehawk44 Image removed. July 25, 201312 yr Well, making the exclusion was a quick task so I whipped up a quick exclude for forests in the airport area, deletes all of em. If you want to fine tune it for just the ones overlapping the runway, your free to do so. Just put this folder in custom scenery and ur good to go. No other modifications to the airport. http://www.mediafire.com/?143rnd5qvdnhxe3
