It's 3:30am UK time, I've just checked OrbX and the "buy" link for FTX Global has now appeared.  Bought and downloading as I type this.

 

I have to admit I'm rather looking forward to seeing what this does for FSX.  I've been very impressed with FTX Scotland so far.
