Hi i bought FTX Global and it really feels like a new sim!

 

However i noticed that whenever i have an airport or a city add on the night lights from FTXG will disappear leaving the area wihtout any lights example Fly Tampa Hong Kong. Please can you let me know if there is any fix for this. thank you.

There is no fix for this because the Global 3d lights are part of the autogen on the textures that replace only the default textures. 3rd party add on sceneries that utilize their own custom textures won't have the Global 3d lights unless the developer updates their product to include them (and I don't even know if that's possible at the moment.)
