When I try to "Activate it" in the FTX central.exe it says I need FrameWorks.4.1 or w/e. But when ever I go to try to update it, it tells me I can't because I don't have windows update serviec and BTS or something like that. I've searched all over the internet and tried all of the different ways to fix this. I'm running Windows 7 64Bit.

Dids you try this (I assume that you did)?

That's one thing that I don't miss about going from Win 7 to Win 8. Win7's updater would sometimes become corrupted and nothing would update properly. When you think about it, it's somewhat comical. You can't update the updater, because the updater is broken. Anyway, if you haven't gone that route yet, try the above link. The troubleshooter usually can repair what's wrong with Windows Update.

Why not try putting up a support query with the software developer at www.orbxsystems.com

You will need to register, post in the validation thread, and provide your purchase details, but you can then get a solution from the horse's mouth (so to speak)
