In NV inspector what should the AA be set at eg: user defined or application controlled when also running sweetfx, if anyone could let me know as we know sweetfx won't work if AA is checked in fsx.

Personally I use 16xS which has always worked great for me. Some recommend messing with the Sparse Grid SuperSampling modes but for me, the tried and true xS modes (8xS or 16xS depending on how much they affect your FPS) look great and don't cause any problems.
