Is it newbie friendly?

Will this bird be accessible to all? I mean like I wouldn't have to be able to recite the entire manual off the top of my head to do a flight? I'm not expecting it to be a walk in the park I know but I hope it will not be for hardcore professionals only?

PMDG aircraft are what you call "Study Aircraft" that meaning, the whole part of flying PMDG aircraft is to learn it through and through, is it hard for a newcomer? YES but only if you want it to be. If your new to FS and if your not really used to flying in FSX, I'd recommend a few lessons from the MSFSX lessons area. Although it isn't accurate information it gives you an in-sight on how to get to grips with the simulator.

Would I recommend a PMDG aircraft such as the T7 to a newcomer (although I haven't flown one yet) if you're willing to spend many hours learning the procedures and reading the manuals then yes. If you want to just takeoff and fly somewhere without planning your routes etc, then I wouldn't recommend PMDG aircraft.

I've got two of these threads going (oops) thanks for the input though. I'm not new to flight sim just new to such an in depth product.

Can someone lock this one up please?
