Right before take off I check all controls and they work fine. Within a few minutes after take off  the elevator, rudder and aileron fail. The throttle is fine. I've tried my FUISPC( paid version ), but that didn't work. I'm allowing the FSX controls to be enabled. They use to work fine using the FSX Controls. One night I tried to configure the FUISPC with no luck, I seem to think the FUISPC is still configured and that's whats causing the conflict, but don't know how to effectively delete or disable the FUISPC Controls.

Are you using Win8? There's a thread on joystick issues in that forum. I don't use FSUIPC for yoke assignments so can't help there. There's a manual for it in the FSUIPC folder though.
