is there any way that the tile are loading while flying?

Hallo,

I am totally new to TP. Anyway I use(d) fotoscenery in the past. So I am not completely new to the fotosceneries at all.

My rig is: Win7 64bit, i5 @ 4,4Ghz, 8Gb Ram, GTX 680 2Gb, FSX running on Samsung 840Pro SSD, TP cache on WD Velociraptor with 10.000rpm.

My internet connection is somewhat at 16Mbps DSL.

- TP is now configured with ZL15 (1.1m/pixel)

- cache bytes limit is set to unlimited (0)

- cache tiles limit is set to unlimited (0)

- source: service example 1 (virtual earth by bing) active

Well, I fly with GA aircrafts between 80 - 120kn and the tiles beginn to blurry after 1 or 2 minutes.

They do not load "on the run".

I still don´t know, if this a normal behaviour or if I can configure TP or FSX, so that the tiiles are able to be loaded 1:1 while flying.

I don´t have any problems when I fly with installed fotoscenery.

Thanks for help :-)

Cheers, Daniel

It is loading and converting in the background (check the DOS box that's running in the background). However, the conversion might be too much for a/your system.

Even on my rig, 4.6ghz with HT on and caching stored on a HDD, it doesn't always gives me crispy scenery.

As far as I know this behaviour can't be changed.
