Check those manifest files to stop TIR connecting direct. If it does it will result in very jerky displays. Update your TIR game list and check that OpusFSX is listed.

Enable TrackIR in the FSXSERVER Configuration, set all defaults, about 18ms scan rate and 1.0 scaling, and do not set TrackIR High Priorirty for now. Run FSX, run FSXSERVER, run TrackIR, make sure it connects to the Opus FSXTRACKIR.EXE program (you can open the window to see). Then check the head motion. If it is slightly jerky then try adjusting the TIR light sensitivity and also rule out light pollution. Also try setting the TrackIR High Priority option.

Do not run the FSXSERVER in high priority, there is no need, just tick the TrackIR option.

If the head movement is very jerky then double check as TIR could be connecting directly to FSX. Of course you should not have EZCA running or any other Addon that is adjusting the eye point, such as AccuFeel. There must only be one coordinated source of eye point control otherwise they will just fight each other.

Also remember if you update your TrackIR drivers, which most users do, then you must recheck your manifest files, most likely they will have been recreated and will need renaming again.

As mentioned in our SimForum update your Dash 8 software since it does jump about prior to their Dash 8 update 1.7
