My computer crashed recently and I've had to re install everything.  When I try to activate the ngx, It tells me that I have exceeded the maximum times I'm allowed to activate.  I have already sent a support ticket to pmdg and awaiting a reply.  I wanted to know, what are my options? Will I have to buy the entire thing again, or can they let me activate again just once. I just need to activate again once.  Thanks in advance!

As long as you are a legitimate user and you have not been doing anything you are not supposed to (Like letting others use your activation key), they will reset your activation count for you. You will not have to purchase it again.
