November 5, 200421 yr The guys at SGA just released a set of fixes for the entire DC-9/MDXX series of planes. I updated everything, and my DC-9's and MD8x series planes are now showing random 'spoiler extended' warnings on the panel (I'm using the latest one from Paul Golding/Leon Seale on the older birds).Any idea what they might have done in the .cfg or .air file that would cause the panel to false like that?Scott
November 5, 200421 yr Does this happen during turns? Not sure, but I thinnk some of the MDs have spoiler assist to help the ailerons during tight turns at low speed. On some panels this causes the spoiler extend warning to go off, curiously, often only in one direction. Nothing wrong with the plane itself. Misha
November 5, 200421 yr I first thought that, but I viewed the plane in external mode on a standard climb to 10000 ft., and even when the plane was done climbing and level at 10000, it was still doing it (with nothing visually happening from the spoilers)Scott
November 5, 200421 yr I have those panels also and get the same thing, the spoilers appear to work fine and I also think its just a guage issue, you can disregard the spoiler light and write it up for maintainance when you land! ;)Hornit
