Cities in XPlane 10

Featured Replies

I've search the WEB and can't fine an answer to this question.

What cities and airports have been molded in XPlane 10. Not talking about addon products.

Thanks in advance to all who reply.

Hello Bill,

Cities are using landclass data, very accurate streets and railways and power-lines from OpenStreetMap, and use generic buildings. But the default plausible world has been improved since these shots. Test the free demo.

Default great looking airports:

• Laminar Research - KSEA Seattle-Tacoma

• Aerosoft - EDDF Frankfurt
• Aerosoft - EDLP Paderborn-Lippstadt
• Aerosoft - EGLL Heathrow
• Aerosoft - LFMN Nice Cote d'Azur
• Aerosoft - LFPO Paris Orly
• Aerosoft - LPFR Faro

Default airports with buildings but less details:

• Aerosoft - EBBR Brussels
• Aerosoft - EDDH Hamburg
• Aerosoft - EDDM Munich
• Aerosoft - EDDS Stuttgart
• Aerosoft - EDDT Berlin Tegel
• Aerosoft - EDDV Hannover
• Aerosoft - EGBB Birmingham
• Aerosoft - EGSS London-Stansted
• Aerosoft - EIDW Dublin
• Aerosoft - LEBL Barcelona
• Aerosoft - LFPG Paris CDG

• Aerosoft - LSGG Genf

• Aerosoft - EDDK Cologne
• Aerosoft - EGKK London-Gatwick
• Aerosoft - EGPF Glasgow
• Aerosoft - LEMD Madrid

All the other airports have only taxiways and runways.

Happy flying !

X-Plane 10 doesn't look real at all in terms of buildings.
