Im sorry if this may have been brought up somewhere else, i have experienced flickering textures using some of the liveries for the PMDG 747-400X in FSX

 

I had virtual cockpit and tail flickering textures using the Cargolux livery downloaded via PMDGs website...

 

Any ideas why?

Funny you ask: after a long while, I flew a PMDG 747-400F route just last night and noticed the same thing. I thought it was just my set-up.

 

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you and would like to know why myself.
