September 2, 201312 yr Hi All When I boot up Active Sky I get a message indicating that the program did not connect due to program being off line. I have used this program since the inception years ago and never ran into this problem. Any help appreciated. Kenny G.
September 2, 201312 yr You should have posted this in the Unofficial Active Sky forum here at AVSIM http://forum.avsim.net/forum/171-the-unofficial-active-sky-support-forum/. This forum is for Multi-Players. I did some searching and did not find a solution. I even tried to log into the HiFi.com website to search their forums and their support pages for an answer. In the unofficial forum I see someone else is having an issue connecting and they are recommending reinstallation of the product. I recently had a problem with their product and submitted a support ticket on their website and received a response within 24 hours. Good luck!
