September 4, 201312 yr Hey guys, I was curious if the liveries provided are final, as in the only ones. I'm asking because many prestigious 777 customers didn't get represented in this release, such as All Nippon Airways, Japan Airlines and some others that I can't put my finger on. I know some don't operate the LR but since Lufthansa got a livery, I think the others should have a representation too. It would also be cool to consolidate all livery topics here to stop flooding the forums! Cheers John.
September 4, 201312 yr I think they had to pick and choose to a large degree. I very much enjoy that there are several fictional liveries (all appropriately labelled of course), but TONS of airlines fly the 777 in all her variants and so to include them all (or even just most) is a bit crazy. That said, once re-painters have their way there'll be new ones every day, so I'd say it's just a matter of time. We waited this long for the airplane, we can wait a little longer to fly her in ANA colors and such. For now, take her for a spin in something else! There's lots to choose from. Well, I've got to say that the Air Canada livery makes me melt, it's very beautiful! I think my favorite thing about their new painting tech is the environmental gloss map that makes it look like the Airbus X. Very Impressive!
