September 4, 201312 yr I am in a pickle. On trying to order, I twice got the message 'Order rejected' or some similar words. On the third try, I received the message that my order was being reviewed. Now, trying to raise a support ticket, I get a 404 - File or directory not found from the hyperlink, which addresses support.precisionmanuals.com/KB/. I have not yet received a download e-mail either. What am I doing wrong? September 4, 201312 yr Commercial Member Richard- Looks as though your first attempt to order was miskeyed, so the card issuers rejected it. We have then automatically threw your second (correct) effort into holding so that one of us could review it before allowing it to pass along for approval. (Which I have done!) We did this because there are so many folks on release day who will hit the "Purchase Now" button 10, 12, 18 times- and this causes a huge processing headache for us- and costs a significant sum of money in fees to the card processors.
