September 4, 201312 yr Greetings, Quick question for ya.... Love the aircraft BTW! How can I get the ground power connected from a cold & dark state without having to start the APU? So far the only way I can get the FMC to turn on is by starting the APU. Just turning on the battery does not do it (like in the NGX). Thanks! Cheers,Todd
September 4, 201312 yr Hi Todd! To access the FS ACTIONS menu on the CDU you can press the MENU button for a few seconds and it will start even if C&D. Set your chocks and GROUND POWER will be available for you. Hope it helps, Mats JohanssonPMDG Flight Test Dept | Asus Z270-A | Intel i5-7600K @ 4.8 GHz OC/H2O | nVidia Geforce GTX 1070 8GB OC/O2|
September 4, 201312 yr In the C&D cockpit, press and hold the MENU key on the pilot's FMS until it powers on. Then select "FS ACTIONS", then "GROUND CONNECTIONS". It is here that you may connect the ground power unit, after which ground power will be available on the overhead panel.
