Maybe I have missed something but, when using FSInn firstly my saitek radio panel isn't working properly with the 777 radio stack, and when I tune into a freq i can get all the text messages etc and communicated via text but voice and receive is not happening? anything I may have missed to do in the plane?

Do you have the option in the PMDG setup FSX COMMs DISABLED -NEVER?

 

Also ensure that you have the mic selected on the left VHF radio. Its located on the aft aisle comm panel it should have a amberish light right below the MIC Call button and directly above the volume control knob. (FCOM v2 1.23.2-123.3) Item 5

That's an FSInn or SB4 issue for online ATC, or FSX internal if you're using that ATC.
