This is a problem that a friend of mine, (he's french and he can't speak well english).. Anyways, he had Activation key bugs when he was trying to activate it and now it tells him that he has exceeded the activation max. or something like that, can anyone help ?

To get the activation limit reset you have to submit a support ticket.
