It's the crew alertness monitor.  It detected that you weren't interacting with the aircraft and it's assuming you're sleeping (feature on the real plane).  You can turn this off in the PMDG Setup > Options menus.

So i got rid of the message by cancel on the MCP so if i disable this feature in the setup will the master caution light go out as i have tried to press that and its still alight.

Welcome.

 

Pressing that will only mute the alarm (if that's allowed in the settings as well).  You need to interact with the plane as a pilot normally would.  Keeping the heading bug in line with your heading is the easiest way to avoid getting yelled at.
