September 4, 201312 yr I took a flight over the weekend in the 747X EGLL-KORD. Somewhere over the northern Atlantic I started receiving some crazy winds, the indicator in the 747 was spinning around in circles going absolutely nuts. The plane started to bank violently and I couldn't stop it unless I cleared the FSX weather and exited Opus. I realize that this is an FSX bug of some sort and is not related to bad data received by Opus? How do I remedy something like this quickly without exiting Opus, since I'm using at also with TIR? September 4, 201312 yr Commercial Member Upgrade to the latest beta which includes some new anti wind shift measures (see the SimFornums Announcements, essential). It is just the infamous wind shift bug in FSX but the new beta does identify and prevent a couple of known problematic conditions thereby preventing some known causes of wind shifts and minimising others. Others have reported very good results with this version. Stephen
