LOL. 😉 The functionality worked in the past and I doubt Navigraph guys made any sudden changes to the .pln, so either there's something wrong with the integration or recent updates to PMDG's code, hosed something up on the product side. Thanks for the info though, that was helpful.

Are you asking about the database? I use the Navigraph's Hub, is there an issue with that I'm not aware of?

I had two crashes this week alone, one in the 800 on a long haul international and the other in the 777 FACT-KIAD. 🤬

Love SU4 but the fact that I’m in the middle of Kansas at night and it’s lit up like I was over Chicago must be a mistake? Side neighborhood roads, interstates connecting towns fully lit up, WTH? Is there an option to tone it down or limit it to the urban areas only?

Does anyone own both FCU unit and MCP? Are these two the same size pretty much? I only have the MCP for the Boeing and thinking about getting the FCU combo. Also, are there any aftermarket stands/mounts for these combos that mount to a desk or anything similar? I currently have the MCP standing on top of both of Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo that are mounted right next to each other. It works but it's insecure and is also blocking my access to the keyboard that's on top of the A&B as well.

Not sure if any sim setting changed, but on the first flight post the update it behaves as if the tire is blown, wheel chocks are on, brakes are on or something is obstructing the wheels. Unable to push or taxi, until I floor it on the throttle and then it behaves as if I was in South Central in a caddy with hydraulics. Anyone else?

After 44 days I was finally able to get my package. After countless conversations with the Winwing support and pleading with them to try to locate this package with Fedex, their support team continually LIED to me that they're in contact with Fedex and the package isn't lost. I finally got fed up and called Fedex, opened a formal complaint and spent 2h on the phone trying to locate the package. After several calls to sorting facilities in Colorado and Utah, I was able to get a hold of someone competent in Chino, CA - the location from which Winwing fulfills the orders in US. They were able to put a trap on this item and finally relabel it and get it over to me. This person said that the packages from this shipper have constant label issues, so I'm not sure if Winwing's label printer sucks in their warehouse or if they're labeling their packages somewhere else before Fedex picks them up. I reported it back to Winwing and they're response was "sorry for your trouble". Absolutely zero help to resolve the issue from the shipper, absolutely scandalous customer service and a total 💩show. Will use global moving forward.

I have 4 devices and the customer experience on the last purchase was absolutely abysmal. Love the products, but the shenanigans I have to endure this time are legendary.

These people are a pleasure to work with. They're refusing to give me my money back for the undelivered 777 FMC. 6 weeks I'm waiting now.

If it's .57 beta, it still doesn't work for me. MCDU works when it wants too.

Running v1.03 and I'm unable to make it work with either IFly's 38M or Asobo's in 2024. Buttons are lit up, the front screen displays logo when powered on but as soon as it should work, the screen stays black. Anyone facing anything similar?

Just got off the call with Fedex. They told me that this package has been marked in their systems as lost for over a week and Winwing is straight up lying, claiming otherwise. What a farce.

I'll see what else I can do.

Love their products, I bought a bunch of stuff from them and recently purchased the FMC for the 777. They shipped the package on 6/28 from Chino, CA to Colorado, a delivery route that takes the most three days to deliver. For the past two weeks I've been chatting what I figure is their bot in their ticketing system and I've been jerked around for days. At this point I don't really know what to do to either get a refund or have the ship it again, I am FUMING! Check out the tracking history below, how can they claim the package is not lost? Is fuel not being deducted one of the bugs that was introduced with this build? I have the same amount of fuel being displayed as I loaded before pushing.

For anyone that went to the expo and visited Winwing's booth. The entire base and railing for the full cockpit experience, was that custom made for Winwing, or is this setup something they're going to start selling?

Purchases still possible through the US Shipping Site, assuming with a new pricing considering the high tariffs. If you dragged feet buying anything from them, I’d encourage pulling the trigger before the date, if you want to save money.
