November 13, 200421 yr Is it normal for the throttle levers to be slightly out of sync? I have configured my throttle quadrant for a twin engine jet set up, with two of the throttle axis operating each engine independently.I have calibrated and recalibrated (both in the game and the CH Control Manager) and yet in the game I still have to set one throttle slightly forward of the other to achieve an equal percentage of thrust.I have calibrated using the detent position as the minimum.Would this be the normal functioning of the throttles in a real world twin engine jet?
November 13, 200421 yr Calibration in the sim and in CH Control Manager do the same thing - both set the calibration values in Windows.Try creating a map in CM - on my setup, all of my CH device axes are rock-solid in Mapped mode, whereas there is some jitter on most of them when in Direct mode.Dave Blevins System: Asus P8Z68 Deluxe/Gen3 mobo *** i7 2700K @ 5gHz w/ Corsair H80 cooler NVidia GTX 570 OC *** 8 GB 1600 Corsair Vengeance DRAM *** CoolerMaster HAF X case System overclocked and tuned for FSX by fs-gs.com Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog stick/throttle & CH Products Pro Pedals Various GoFlight panels *** PFC avionics stack
November 13, 200421 yr Author Make sure you have the sensitivities all the way to the right and the null zone all the way left in FS. Also, in FSUIPC set it for 4 throttles and calibrate on page 3.Also go to the forums here: http://www.ch-hangar.com/news.phpThey have great support.
