What happens when there is no designated altitude of the flight?

Recommended Posts

I'm testing out pfpx, and trying to figure the thing. I've noticed that rc4 has no altitude, is it possible to set the altitude and other things from within rc4? Or must that be done via a flight planner? I'd also like my first question answered as well, what happens with no designated altitude?

Hi.

I didn't think FS handled flightplans without an altitude, but I only use FS9.

I must say, having looked over the website, that PFPX looks interesting and has the advantage for me of not requiring an internet connection. Let us know how you get on with the altitude thing. If you can get it to work forty euros may be a reasonable price for the package.

rc needs an altitude, otherwise it wouldn't know what to clear you to, when to start the descent, etc.
