Am I the only one who gets this? How do I trim plane correctly I tried to find in internet but could not.

Maybe your joystick needs to be calibrated?

Luka, you shouldn't see any major pitch change on ap disconnect. What controller are you using?

You only trim the plane while on the ground using the trim number at the takeoff page. Cuz most of the time is the AP taking over the plane and the AP is controlling the trim as well. 

Try calibrate your joystick agin
