PMDG install on fresh computer

Featured Replies

Hello everyone,

So lately I have been having some issues when using PMDG aircraft (it does happen with other aircraft to, but the problem started when I first installed the NGX). The issue is that after using FSX for a few minutes it suffers a fatal error. Anyway I posted here about a week or so again, here is the thread: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/416887-fsx-has-encountered-a-fatal-error/#entry2757962

I followed the suggestions and I created a new .cfg file, this worked for some time, however once I installed the 777 the problem came back. I tried to fix it the same way, but with no luck. So after getting extremely frustrated with my flightsim I just completed a fresh windows re install, deleting everything off my computer and starting from fresh again. So what i'm asking is what is the best process to follow when installing my FSX, and PMDG aircraft, etc... Any Mods I should add? I just hope to avoid this problem again, thanks for the help!
