Guys, the 3 buttons "accept, rjct, cncl" on glareshield are just dummies right? As CPDLC not implemented? correct me if wrong. Even the COMM menu which can be selected on lower eicas in the electronic checklist. all atc menus are blank.

That is right, for the moment at least. The buttons are present but inactive.
