You should change processor (and to support new one you need new MB and probably new RAM).

Just had a look at some details on your processor and honestly that's going to be the main thing holding back your performance in FSX. I don't know what settings you're running but I thing you're going to struggle pulling 25fps unless your settings are on the lower end.

I would suggest trying to save to upgrade CPU etc if you can, however if that's not a possibility I would consider upgrading your video card since the 4350 is low end.

How much can you spend on a video card upgrade? Then I might be able to make a suggestion in your price bracket.

Can i get a better processor with MA790X-UD4P motherboard?

Here is the CPU support list from the Gigabyte website: http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=3038

I have to admit I don't know much abouit AMD CPU's but the best you could get from this list would probably be Phenom II x6 1100T, but i'm not sure how much petter performance this will yield you.
