Microsoft please address this in the next version if you can...

Microsoft it would be great if you add a tool in the next version of Flight Simulator that would make it easier to remove aircraft that one is no longer using. Some may say why but what I find is the most aggravating issue is having hundreds of gauges that no aircraft is no longer using (makes for a very large gauge folder after awhile). There have been tools made but they all seem to have problems. We need a way to remove aircraft as well as the gauges associated with the aircraft

Alienware Aurora R11 10th Gen Intel Core i7 10700F - Windows 11 Home 32GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super OC 16GB - Pimax Crystal Light VR

Just a thought. I think with the FS9 format this problem no longer exists. With Fs9 we can have all the gauges that a panel uses inside the panel folder (instead of the gauges folder). Therefore, when a panel is no longer needed, just delete it with all the gauges! Does this solves the question you raised?BestEdmundo

To remove aircraft just open the FS9/Aircraft folder and simply delete the aircraft. To sort out unused gauges from the FS9/gauges folder try this...airgau60.zip (from the Avsim file library)- it worked OK for me.Dave
