Unable to Connect to Activation Server...but good internet connection. No firewall?

Hello - I opened a ticket but am wondering if there are any other users who have a similar issue(s)?

 

After installing the product, I ran the Ops Center to download a livery, then ran FSX. Upon loading the aircraft for the first time, was asked to activate.

Every time I enter my activation code, the popup quickly loads up until "Context Created" but then hangs here.  A few seconds later I receive the Unable to Connect to Activation Server error message.  Yet, I have an internet connection perfectly fine.

 

Support already responding advising my Port 8888 is blocked.  However, I tried again without any firewall or antivirus running, as well as trying to enable it through Windows Firewall (Forward traffic) and it still did not work.

They also advised for me try by tethering my smart phone but I am unable to do that either.

 

Any ideas?
