Recently purchased a national geographic with 100 places you need to visit in your lifetime. Thought I would do something fun and fly to each one and my second stop along the journey is titled "the road less travelled" and this features the North Umpqua River up to Crater Lake in Oregon. The scenery was gorgeous and it is truly a road less travelled.
