Bufferpools = 0 artifacts

I get artifacts on my screen after I UPGRADED my GPU form a HD6750 to a R9 270X from ASUS. I use just about the same settings and the same fsx.cfg. And ive tried all the fixes people seem to have but nothing worked. I tried changing the sliders in the fsx settings but didnt work. I tried getting rid of the [bUFFERPOOLS] in the cfg file but it still had no effect. I tried using Steve's DX10 Fixer but that also didnt help. These artifacts only happen in DX10 mode and in DX9 its all good. I dont want to run in DX9 because of the really annoying OOM Errors. Anyone with any advice or fixes? I also tried using the RadeonPro app but still didnt help.
