Parked at PHX on summer with OAT of ~55 Deg C on ground. Confirmed on EICAS. 

I have not connected Air and Just did the APU shutdown.

So absolutely no APU Bleed and no External Air connected. Engines shut down.

L all doors Opened. I thought the cabin temp would increase rapidly.

But took about 10-15 minutes for the temp to raise from 24 Deg to 28-29 Deg C as I see in Air Page.

Kindly suggest if I am missing something.

No, you are not missing something.

The temperature will not adjust rapidly. It will take some time. Something around 0.5 deg C per minute.

It's a HUGE volume of air that needs to be heated up or cooled down. It will take some time.

 

Just like the fuel temperature will not match the outside temperature on TOC.
